Manpower Rostering Web Application for the Healthcare Industry

This collaboration with Tan Tock Seng Hospital resulted in a prototype of a manpower rostering platform. There were 3 main parts to this project:

1. Ethnographic Research
Understanding the needs, concerns and difficulties faced by stakeholders who are using the current system through interviews.

2. Prototyping and Building the Platform​

Research and implementaion of various tools such as Flask, Microsoft Azure and SQL Lite for the development and deployment of the web application.

3. Communication with Stakeholders
Management clear, concise communication throughout the project's duration so as to gather feedback for furher improvement and to manage client expectations.
